The Farmhouse

• Conservatory, large kitchen/dining room (can seat 14 guests around the table), garden bedroom (zip and link beds so can be twin or double). Wetroom, large sitting room with woodburner and flat screen TV with DVD player. Double bedroom (accessed by slate steps) with ensuite wetroom and a Victorian porch, (leading to an enclosed garden with patio and spectacular views of Dale bay) on the ground floor.
• The Cellar has an 85” smart TV, bring your network access passcodes
• On the first floor there is a bedroom (zip and link beds) with an ensuite wetroom. A further bedroom (zip and link beds) and a bathroom with shower.
• Baby grand piano

Across the courtyard from The Farmhouse & Hall House is our tucked away barn conversion with stunning views of Dale Bay.

There are three bedrooms with zip and link beds which can be made up as double or twin rooms.

A cot and highchair are available.

• The Cowshed has underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.
•  The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with oven, hobs, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
• 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
•  Free Wifi
•  Well behaved dogs are welcome on our working farm by arrangement.
•  Ample car parking, space for boats and trailers.
•  Non smoking.

Ground floor: spacious hallway, wet room, open plan kitchen, dining sitting room.

First floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue.
